Volcan Engineering Solutions is an engineering driven organization with more than 5 years of experience in the automotive, electronics and energy manufacturing industries. We specialize in fabricating precision parts and components using various metals and plastics, catering to both one-off projects and small to medium batch productions with short lead times for all industries.
Fully operated by engineers proficient in CAD and CAM software, collaborates closely with clients during design and prototyping stages to transform their ideas into functional products. We offer technical expertise in CNC programming and machining, providing recommendations to improve manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Quality control is paramount to us. We follow rigorous processes to ensure that every manufactured part meets required specifications and tolerances. We continuously seek process improvements and optimization to reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and enhance productivity, resulting in high-quality products delivered promptly.
To stay at the forefront, we invest in cutting-edge machinery, tools, and software. Additionally, we offer rapid prototyping services through 3D scanning and printing. Our engineering consultancy services encompass the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, assembly, and integration. We are a young and enthusiastic team of Mechanical Engineering graduates hailing from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
